The opening night. An Evening of the one-act ballets "Towards Diaghilev"
On the 1st of December Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre had the opening night of four one-act ballets "Towards Diaghilev" with the beautiful music of Tchaikovsky, Hindemith, Stravinsky and Prokofiev. Two of these ballets, Balanchine's ballets, have never been staged in Russia before. The other two are fresh works of the ballet master of Perm theatre Aleksey Miroshnichenko.
