Biography

Konstantin Fedorov is the author of pieces, productions and librettos staged in puppet, drama, musical and ballet theatres of Osijek (Croatia), Monte-Carlo (Monaco) and Russian cities: St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kirov, Tomsk, Kurgan, Khanty-Mansiysk. He also worked as a scriptwriter on feature and animation films. He wrote a script for a short film Kim (2009) directed by Alexei German Jr. This film was included in the almanac «Short Circuit». Konstantin Fedorov became a co-author of the script for the animation film by Olga Poliektova and Tatiana Polieltova My Grandfather Was a Cherry Tree (2016). Fedorov is a winner of the National prize «Musical Heart of the Theatre» 2012 as the best playwright for the play Lyon’ka Panteleev. Musical. Petrushka is the second but not the last ballet work in collaboration with Vladimir Varnava and Galya Solodovnikova.
