When the Snow Was Falling is a new work by Douglas Lee, written exclusively for the Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre. This is the second collaboration between the choreographer and the Perm dancers: in 2012, Douglas Lee was nominated for the ‘Golden Mask’ award for his ballet Souvenir, which he created for the Perm Theatre.
