Biography

Mozhaev graduated from thePermMusicCollegein 2007 and from the vocal department of thePermState Academy of Arts and Culture in 2012 (class of Professor Irina Kotelnikova, Honoured Artist of Russia). He has worked with the Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre since 2007: from 2007 to 2009 he was a member of the choir, from 2010 to 2012 he was a trainee with the opera troupe, and from 2014 he was an artist of the opera choir.

His repertoire includes: Balda (Ay da Balda by Kravchenko), Pavlo (One day in the life of Ivan Denisovich by Alexander Tchaikovsky), Pilot (Journey to the Land of the Jumblies by Pospelov), March (Twelve Months by Banevich), Nikitich (Boris Godunov by Mussorgsky); Le Premier Ministre (Cendrillon, or the Tale of Cinderella) and Marc-Antoine (Cléopâtrе (Life of an Actress)) — in Massenet’s operas.
