Biography

Designer and video artist, who works in visual art (installation, video art) and opera theatre. Founder of Dogfilm.tv. Was born in Italy. Studied Fine Art in Bologna. Collaborated with the Italian film industry as a concept designer, whose task was to visualize the scenario and directing ideas. Since 1992 lives and works in Barcelona, where joined the theater group La Fura dels Baus. At the same time she met a theater artist and designer Roland Olbeter. Collaborative works with him such as Condemnation of Faust by Berlioz (1989, Salzburg), Rheingold and Walküre by Wagner (2008, Opera de Valencia), Harlekin by Stockhausen (2009, Vienna Taschenoper) — as an assistant set designer; Die Gänsemagd by Iris ter Schiphorst (2010, Vienna Taschenoper), Aida by Verdi (2013, Arena di Verona) — as a co-set designer. Also she and Olbeter created the OIKOS theme pavilion on water and energy for the EXPO-2008 exhibition in Saragossa.

Collaborative works with video graphics designer Franc Aleu such as Michaels Reise um die Erde by Stockhausen (2008, Vienna), Wagner’s Siegfried, Gotterdammerung (2009, 2010, Opera Valencia), and Tannhäuser (2010, La Scala, Milan), and also expo installations Scangirl (2009, Merce, Barcelona) and Window of the city (2010, Shangai).
